[Stoves] Start planning for ETHOS 2018!

Dear all,

 

ETHOS is fast approaching- we're looking forward to seeing you all in late
January!  ETHOS will be Jan 26-28, 2018, in Kirkland, Washington again-mark
your calendars!  We are making two behind-the-scenes adjustments based on
feedback received from ETHOS 2017:

 

1.	The final agenda will be available earlier on (mid-Dec instead of
early/mid-January.).  As such abstracts are due earlier.  ABSTRACTS WILL BE
DUE NOVEMBER 20th!
2.	We are working to streamline the registration/abstract
submission/payment process.  There are still a couple minor kinks to work
out, but we hope to launch in a couple weeks.

 

While you're waiting for the amazing new registration/abstract/payment page
to launch, you can start thinking about the abstract you plan to submit, if
any.  Here's what you'll need to submit when the page launches:

Title of Presentation 

Abstract Summary (200 Words Max) : Please provide a brief overview
describing the content of your session.

Learning Objectives (150 Words Max) : Please provide 2 to 3 learning
objectives for your session. Why are you presenting this topic? What will
attendees learn?

 

Presentations should be 10 minutes each, with an extra 10 min for Q&A.  1
abstract per person, please.
