Dear Ron, other Stovers, and Dr. Tran Binh,
Nice video (although 9 minutes is a bit long).
This is a charcoal gasifier (3 sizes). It is with forced air (the
blower is show. It is not a fan, so it has more push.)
It appears that "prey" is the ignition material. And "ant hill
charcoal" is what we call "honeycomb briquette" (you can see it briefly
at minute 6:20 ).
I hope that the Professor will send us some information about how many
of these stoves are made and in use, and about the fuel supply. Also,
please send info about the blower, which I believe is an established
product in Vietnam.
