One was almost certainly represented at ETHOS - if not shown. Your URL says that one of the companies was ASAT - which Googling shows is doing business as “Stovetec” - and the head of ASAT is Dean Still.
It is very competitive to get an SBIR grant - and even more so as Phase II. Congratulations to Dean! (being cc’d as a courtesy)
