[Stoves] Premature deaths

Crispin, friends:

Join me in celebrating an avoided premature death and hopefully 25 DALYs for me today.  

Took just an hour. 

Despite EPA/WHO's air pollution. 

Hospitals need more money, not oil companies. 

IHME is responsible for 50 million premature deaths per year.
