Further to my message a couple of days ago, here is the link to a more realistic assessment by the WHO. This link is on the same page as the misinformation quoted earlier.

It correctly talked about premature deaths, not causes of death.

Pneumonia
Exposure to household air pollution almost doubles the risk for childhood pneumonia and is responsible for 45% of all pneumonia deaths in children less than 5 years old. Household air pollution is also risk for acute lower respiratory infections (pneumonia) in adults, and contributes to 28% of all adult deaths to pneumonia.

One quibble is that the number claimed for PM2.5 being a 'cause of pneumonia' does not disaggregate chest infections cause by chronic under-heating from smoke-attributable conditions.
