[Stoves] India Cookstove Testing Center

Can anyone connect me with a cookstove testing center in India?

For months I've been trying to locate one to test a rock bed in a chulha.
I've been unsuccessful with IIT-Delhi (MNRE), TERI and IMMT.

Please help!
