[Stoves] Pebble bed three stone fire

Hi all:

	The right person to jump in here is Kevin McLean - maybe too busy at the stove meeting.  The added small stones was his idea - not SNV’s.  It was Kevin who has been paying to train trainers - in maybe 4 countries.  Not sure, but Kevin might have been paying SNV - but SNV deserves credit for now being actively involved.

	There is a grate in that photo - also Kevin’s idea.
