[Stoves] Need institutional cooking stove for goat dairy in Oregon

Here is an example of a Mushroom farmer <http://dietzfarm.com/> in Sequim,
WA that uses a TLUD made from a 100 lb propane tank.  He heats water 44
gallons of water to 190 F in about 1 hour.  He then pasteurizes straw used
in his mushroom cultivation.  The biochar made is used in making "Sequim
Terra Preta" used in his raised beds.

Norm Baker and I collaborated with him prior to construction of this unit.
Subsequently he has built a rocket stove adjacent to this TLUD.  He states
that it uses about the same amount of material for the pasteurization as
the TLUD.  He prefers the TLUD since it requires less tending during the
process and he gets biochar.

I have additional pictures and details if anyone is interested.
