Dear Friends

There is a report on improving the efficiency of gambir production in Indonesia with a (slightly) better stove made locally from available materials.

Something to think about: improving the fuel efficiency of seasonal applications of wood heat. The fuel consumption is appallingly high. The most obvious thing to notice is how much more efficient the production would be if there were two boiling pots, one a preheater and one for finishing.

In short, training pretty much the same "burner" and build it as a 2-pot stove using standard Indonesian designs.

Crispin
