No, it won’t, but once the initiative is going, a substitute can be organized.

Candles are not clean on PM or CO.  They could a easily introduce a liquid or gel fuel with far better performance.  It is likely to be used in a tent so warmings should accompany their distribution.

Thanks for that Crispin, Its probably not going to pass  co co2 emissions or gasification criteria tests but thats not the point is it?.
