[Stoves] Clay stoves

Dear Stove contacts,
Although you may consider CFB as too expensive I can buy it for under $1 
per stove!
When it is imported by an NGO it will be even less.
The real problem is that, as you probably know, INGOs do  not normally 
help subsistence farmers!
They fear losing government funding.
Any suggestions?
