Thank you Tom & Doug,

I very much appreciate the clarification. Thank you also to those list
members who have expressed their private or public support.

It can be very hard for an individual alone to overcome inaccurate world
views that are tightly held independent of the true facts. Coincidently
an interesting article appeared in the last 48 hours on just this topic
for those interested.

Kerry and I truly believe that the evolution of the Linear Hearth type
gasifer (from whatever design) has the potential to be a key enabling
technology to help us through the coming global challenges in the next
30 years. The more the merrier, but we have to get going soon.

Meanwhile I intend to focus the next few days on recovering from a
problem that has nothing to do with gasification and everything to do
with putting ones health second. After which I would like to continue
the cordial, interesting but robust discussion with Doug and anyone else
who wants to make valid points, ask questions or share their own experience.

In the interim the list might also be interested in starting another
discussion thread on this link I came across in our own never ending
search to better our understanding. A number of the authors comments
mirror many of our own observations.

> Fluidyne photos were included on the Powerhearth Linear Hearth WebPages, which is nothing to do with Peter, who has not shown or referred to them as RPS gasifiers. They were removed overnight, after I advised Powerhearth in New Zealand of their mistake. Only a very small group of people use our photos, and they are associates.
