Dear Fabian,

you are perhaps setting up a nice project, but I guess you can save a lot of your time and who's(?) money if you read through the older posts in this and other forums and get in contact with people who have already done much valuable 
work in exactly your area.

I have the feeling that your effort and money could help others to complete work that is already on it's way and in your direction.

This is sure worth inquiring.
