Dear Prof. Paul S. Anderson

1. I am working on microgrid design for the rural village.it is off grid
and I am doing the power generation part .the village have 400 households
and now the village use kerosene for light purpose and wood for cooking.so
I am designing a microgrid having the solar and wind system for lighting
and other purpose .I choose to use wind and solar because the village have
a good solar radiation and wind speed potential. For the wind I am planning
to use small wind turbine. Now I don’t have a bouget but that village is
selected as a model village by the university and as my advisor told me
they plan to electrify that village. When ma paper is done the university
see it and give me some of the bouget and then I will apply the rest to
nongovernmental organization work on green energy. If u need to see the
power that I plan for the village I will attach you the document.

2. When I said I design the cooking part with solar energy I don’t mean the
gasifier stove. I mean using other material like resistor or like
normal stove.so when I design it the resistor need 3KW power which is very
costy. Then I try to find other alternative for cooking then I came up with
gasifier stove.it need only 3W and cost effective. I read so many kind of
gasifier stove like the forced air and natural draft one. I also see how
they construct on youtube too. But I need some suggestion and idea.

 3. I love to join because the stove is one of my focus on my project.

kindles regards

Melkamu
