[Greenbuilding] Induction cooking

Oh I see.  I thought you meant separate cooktops and gas oven.

So yes. I don't believe there are any induction ranges with gas ovens.  I'd
go with a separate cooktop and oven if you really want a gas oven.  We
prefer an electric oven anyway because you can't really have true gas
convection (as I understand it).
