With regards to lighting, I might recommend a 2-lamp volumetric parabolic such as the Lithonia 2ES8P. When fitted with a 0.78 BF NEMA Premium ballast and two Philips InstantFIT tubular LED lamps, fixture draw is just 21-watts. We've used this combination in numerous retrofits, with excellent results.
