[Digestion] using whey in AD

Hello,

Whey is a very common addition to AD and does provide a boost in biogas
production.  One thing to be aware of is the salt content of whey which
carries through to the digestate and in some geographies may cause land use
issues.  However, in NY, this should not be an issue.  Happy to discuss or
