[Greenbuilding] CO2 Monitor Recomendation

I was on an EPA panel last year where the question of CO2 sensors got
some discussion.  There were a couple of scientists there who were very
familiar with CO2 monitors, and according to them, CO monitors are not
difficult, but CO2 sensors are neither cheap nor easy.

If I recall correctly, a good sensor is still four figures, three figure
options are available, and anything under $100 isn't worth bothering with.
