[Greenbuilding] best low gpf toilet these days?

I guess where I'm going with this question--and I had hoped Bill Gauley's
MaP website would facilitate answering 2/3 of this but it doesn't appear
to--is the following:

if we were to rank toilets by the following three criteria:

- gpf rating (e.g., ≤ 1 gpf)
- performance (e.g., MaP score > 600)
- price (e.g., <$300)

and then overlay those three rankings what toilet models come out on top?

I can't be the only one interested in this question.
