[Greenbuilding] Heating?

I get the feeling this client won¹t go for the maintenance and effort of a
stove‹sourcing the fuel, stoking it, clean-up, etc. Flipping a switch
if/when he needs will be his thing. I¹d just get him to sign a document
clarifying what conditions he may expect given the design he is requesting,
and relieve you of responsibility.
