[Stoves] harsh experience with charcoal making in Turkey with beehieve kilns

I thing the problem of Erkan was of technical nature?
Not experienced  with traditional carbonization he straightly jumped 
into brick kiln (bee hieve) carbonization..
i think a person who can manage an  arduous earth mound kiln, will also 
manage improved carbonization?
