Moringa is native to, and grows wild, all across the Terai belt of
Nepal
and adjoining regions of Northern India and southern Himalayas.
I'm glad to see it pop up on the stoves at lists because for me what's in
the
cooking pot, is as important as the stove it's cooked on!
Moringa is as they say, a miracle tree, and yet remains under promoted
and
indeed almost unknown where it exists alongside communities suffering
from
malnutrition.
There are many recipes for using Moringa, and at Prakti Design, we
have a
plan to promote Moringa by practical demonstrations of it while
introducing
new stoves, here in Nepal, and also in Africa and Haiti where we work.

Jai Moringa!
