[Stoves] on ocean acidification

To my knowledge, water ocean is not alkaline, but salty.

Salty material is considered neutral, but it depends on how the salt
composition. NaCl is neutral, but Na2CO3 is more base. When CO2 reacts
with fresh water, it forms H2CO3, which is acid.
