[Stoves] Change of state--New thread maybe

Back in the 1960’s I tried to build a change of state egg incubator to ship fertile eggs for 
research breeding programs.  Change of state heat release may have serious potential
and maybe use a lot less materials the hot oil idea. 

Cast iron pots can be heavy and awkward sometimes but if grandma could use them
why can’t people use to day. A well seasoned pan is as good a Teflon, and
no PAM with it aerosols.  AND after slinging the cast iron stuff you can skip the Gym fees.

Your children can will them to your grand children. How many aluminum/Teflon pans you bought
the decade???
