[Stoves] Major case study about TLUD stoves

Alex,

That is a great idea.   I especially like the suggestion that someone  
else makes the diagram!!!

I am sending this message to my 3 co-author who could actually access 
the numbers needed to do the Sankey diagram and other analyses.  They 
are not less-vested researchers, but they could certainly be well 
motivated.  Especially for the purposes of documentation for carbon 
credit purposes, good data is better than qualitative statements.

Perhaps some university students in Kolkata area or in Germany near 
atmosfair might gather the data and do the analyses / diagram.
