The moisture content of my bottom wet 
wood layer was 33.5%, or one third to 
you.  It was coppiced Hazel, seasoned 
over about 3 years and brittle.  The 
moisture content was therefore from 
storage outside not under cover in the 
wet UK winter, but airborn, not on the 
ground.

How does that rate as a moisture 
content for a TLUD?
