PS:

For more than four years we have been working with and achieving very good
results with the Solar Steam Cooker. The Solar Steam Cooker cooks food
without using any fuel (except sunshine) and with no harmful emissions. I
suppose solar cooking in general takes care of the no fuel and no harmful
emissions part, the Solar Steam Cooker overcomes some important cultural
issues that are inherent in conventional solar cooking.

The Solar Steam Cooker is a bit pricey for household use in developing
communities and therefore seems best suited for cooking for groups of
people like (boarding) schools, hospitals/health centers (besides cooking
food for patients it can
also be used to sterilize instruments), and village scale cooking and
perhaps even cooking in refugee camps.

Cheers,
David
