[Stoves] Delhi clean cooking forum meeting

It was discussed little bit in solar PV cooking panel. The panel
discussions do not do justice to issues since there are no in-depth
discussions. By the way we use this concept in our lanstove cooker (
www.nariphaltan.org/kerolanstove.pdf) where half the cooking is done in
retained heat.
