[Stoves] [biochar] Where to discuss STOVES AND CARBON offsets and drawdown

And who get the credits? The industry that sends the biomass out to be made into char? The char maker that turned it into a resistant carbon form? ? or the char user? 
If not the char user then the char made could be used for cooking and returned back to the atmosphere.
