[Stoves] Data on baseline of institutional stoves

1.  Please direct me to data about the baseline (traditional usage) of fuel usage in institutional-size cookstoves.   For starters, I would be happy with data from any country or zone or substudy area.

2.  Please direct me to any cases where carbon offsets/carbon credits are calculated with the use of institutional-size cookstoves.   Any types of stoves.
