Speaking of Dinesen, then, have you heard of the Karen Blixen Cooking School

tell they use charcoal, not sure if wood as fuel as well. They could be
wonderful testers of cookstoves for both local and international dishes. I
propose they be invited to this group.

Now about the cooking and food smells in Colorado and Delhi. I am worried
about Ron, and  urge him to start a clean cookstove campaign in Colorado.
Maybe a CoClCoAl.

Cooking premature deaths from solid fuels with deliberate disregard for
emissions from foods.  Or for that matter without regard to foods and
nutrition as well.
