[Stoves] New stove article

Lists:

	This (non-fee) has some interesting information - especially on how bad charcoal is.  (with which I agree, mostly).  But no mention of TLUDs or other charcoal-making stoves.    I have not read the article and don’t intend to - because they left out the major solution to the issues they have addressed.
