     In the  earlier post  here in the list Tom has pointed out that the
heat and power demand  are less  in rural areas.
Considering energy potentials , making  ice in small scale can be good
product oriented small scale gasifier power   in economical way.Thus  one
can add value to charcoal.the small  power production  as per  Anand Karve
 observation  of the economical and ecological economics of Indian
 conditions .Most  Countries  rural area  are same , your country too
