Dear Crispin,and all

Anticoagulant =anti blood cloth language , but used here for all things making from liquid proteïne , insoluble proteïne by cooking or adding CuSO4 …..!

But the FOOD SPOIERS use that word for “ anti lump making “ Other food spoilers use SILIKATE powder too !

SALT is hydroscopic due to MgCl2 impurities . A kitchen with salt lumps and ,without a hammer at home is a PROBLEM !

Salt must be air tight packed ,shipped end stored at home . . Adding SILICAGEL(SiO2 ) packs (not silicon gel = siliconpolymer ) is OK if the user keep the salt air-tight ….

How dry has no one measurement;. Water is in the air and multiplied TIME ,makes surface wetting and makes by temperature changes : dissolving and re-crystallisation togetter = clogging =making lumps . Poly-etylene bags welded by heat is the solution for the producer ,not for the user . Here PP bags are used ! Harder then PE and cumbersome .

Best is the user, puts it in a glass pot with airtight PE joint glass stopper (1 L coffie pot )

Regards

F.

Dear Frans

Thanks for that. What is the reason for adding NaSCN to fine salt? Only to stop it making lumps? How about we ship it with rice already included? Sort of like silicon gel packs that are non-toxic?

How dry do we need to keep it to prevent problems?

Thanks

Crispin

Dear,

Coarse salt is more PURE ! Dissolves in 3 days as I use it : 100g till 400 mL / Use 2 times a day 10 mL over the steamed meals .=5g NaCl /day is an EXACT MUST

Fine is faster to use But here spoiled with anticoagulant NaSCN ! FOR SPOILED PEOPLE .

Worth depends for WHOME ….!

For me coarce is worth most . But Kg fine =Kg coarse .NaCl

Regards

F.
