[Stoves] Coal stoves where appropriate

Andrew and all,

I changed the Subject (thread) to reflect the actual topic.

Harold's comments (below) are well stated.  We Stovers should not turn 
our backs on coal stoves WHERE IMPOVERISHED PEOPLE RELY ON THEM.

As long as the Subject line clearly shows that COAL fuel is the topic, 
readers of the Stoves Listserv can easily choose to read or ignore such 
messages.  I expect that there will be spurts of messages, and then very 
little about  coal stoves.
